Booking guarantee:

In case of cancellation or non-appearance due to the fault of the client:

  • The hotel does not refund the prepaid deposit.
  • The hotel reserves the right to change prices of services in case of change in the economic situation in the country.
  • This change will not apply to already confirmed services and reservations.

Accommodation and release:

  • Check-in is after 14:00 and check-out is by 12:00 at the latest.
  • The hotel reception is open 24 hours a day, you can check in at any time.
  • If you wish to vacate the used room later, please ask for consent and confirmation from the Reception that it is possible.

If possible for later release, the following surcharges apply:

  • Check out of the room no later than 14:00 – BGN 30 extra.
  • Check-out after 14:00 (without overnight stay) – BGN 50 extra.
